He holds a degree in Engineering from Kama State Polytechnical Institute and an MBA from Lindenwood University.
In his current role, Azat is responsible for the overall management of the company, including strategy development and business growth, with a focus on strengthening market position, improving operational efficiency, developing the team, and ensuring long-term sustainability.
