Khajanchi Agarwal serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Director at NLMK India.
He has over 19 years of experience in the automotive, engine manufacturing, and testing industries, with expertise in greenfield project execution, operational systems development, process optimization, safety and quality practices, and cross-functional team management. Over the course of his career, he has experience in the development of manufacturing processes, resource planning, and efficiency improvement initiatives across various industrial settings.
Khajanchi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and an MBA in Operations from the Symbiosis Institute.
In his current role at NLMK India, he is responsible for implementing the NLMK Production System, advancing benchmarking initiatives, and promoting customer focus and operational efficiency across the organization.
