Yogesh Pathak
Head – Legal and Compliance
Yogesh Pathak serves as the Head of Legal and Compliance at NLMK India.
He has over 20 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, compliance, and regulatory management, with a background in contract negotiations, dispute resolution, corporate secretarial practices, and government relations. Prior to joining NLMK India, he held senior roles at companies in sectors including EPC, healthcare, and manufacturing, where he managed litigations, statutory compliance, and engagement with industry bodies and government agencies.
Yogesh holds an LL.B and a Master’s degree in Labour Studies with a specialization in corporate affairs management from Nagpur University (RTMNU).
In his current role at NLMK India, he is responsible for corporate governance, legal compliance, risk management, dispute resolution, and engagement with government and stakeholders.
